After embarking on a rapid, full migration to Athena, we quickly realized we faced significant challenges that we could not navigate on our own. An introduction to Cory almost immediately put us back on track and back on schedule. From the outset, he integrated seamlessly with our internal processes and systems, quickly becoming an essential member of our team. Cory’s deep knowledge of Athena, coupled with his ability to think outside the box and seek innovative solutions to our unique challenges, made a substantial difference in our transition. Beyond his technical skills, Cory’s cheerful demeanor and can-do attitude were invaluable. He tackled problems with efficiency and creativity, making the entire process smoother and more manageable. For anyone struggling with Athena or aiming to streamline their processes, I highly recommend reaching out to Cory. His unparalleled knowledge of Athena, professional approach and problem-solving capabilities make him an outstanding asset to any team.
Cory was truly a lifesaver throughout the entire process — from planning through go-live and beyond. While Athena provides its own support team, having Cory and his team on site brought a completely different level of expertise. Their real-world experience, ability to anticipate issues, and clear, timely communication made all the difference.
Cory’s responsiveness stood out — no matter how complex or last-minute our questions were, he provided answers quickly and with ease. He worked closely with us in real-time on workflow development and set up accelerators and efficiencies in the background to ensure smooth ordering and billing of procedures. He also created customized videos and resources for both our staff and physicians, which helped tremendously with training and adoption.
I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through go-live without Cory’s guidance. His support didn’t just complement Athena’s; it elevated the entire experience.
Highly recommend.
